Our business travel team is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, without interruption. Apart from these hours, a 24/7 help desk is available with a unique number. The assistance team, both in France and abroad, has access to your real-time file, policy and travel habits.

In order to meet the legal obligations relating to the criminal liability of companies for the professional travel of employees, CTA Business Travel has put in place a system for ensuring the safety of travelling passengers.
In order to assist you in your duty to protect employees, we have set up the Emergency Unit which brings together theInformation Management Unit (IMU) and Emergency Travel Services (ETS).
Relayed by the 24-hour team, this Emergency Cell informs travellers in case of serious hazards or crisis situations. It shall take the necessary measures in accordance with the gravity of the events.

Managing crisis situations
CTA Business Travel relies on high-performance tracking technologies as well as the expertise and availability of its teams to quickly locate and assist travellers in difficulty.
Travel by passengers is automatically recorded, from the booking of the flight to the actual return. At a glance, a dashboard allows you to locate, on a map, by area or by country, the travelling staff, according to a list of criteria including country, city, date, flight, train, hotel, airport, etc.

Use geolocation
The Emergency Unit includes all bookings made and geolocation of travelers, at any time.
In the event of a crisis, travellers and/or persons designated and authorised (general management, spouses, relatives, administrative assistants, hierarchies...) are informed in order to deal immediately with critical situations.
Our teams can then manage and propose alternative solutions (reservation changes, extended stays, hotel reservations,...)
