CTA Events was created in 1992 by Jean-Jacques Castanet, who made his weapons in communication and naturally became interested in the incentive movements of the groups that trusted him. A former rugby player and then president of a professional rugby club for 5 years, this entrepreneur quickly perceived the complementarity between MICE's trades and those of corporate mobility.
In 1994, he called upon Kathrin Zinsli, the operational manager of a large network of agencies specializing in business travel, with extensive experience in the service of professional customers, and appointed her Director General. CTA Events, then develops a service line dedicated to business travel that will become «CTA Business Travel».
