To support you in your duty to protect employees, we have set up the Emergency Unit, which brings together theInformation Management Unit (IMU) and Emergency Travel Services (ETS).
Relayed by the 24/24 team, this emergency unit informs passengers in the event of serious hazards or crisis situations. It takes the necessary measures according to the seriousness of the event.

The Cellule d'Urgence brings together all bookings made and geolocates travelers at all times.
In the event of a crisis, travelers and/or designated authorized persons (senior management, spouses, family members, administrative assistants, hierarchies, etc.) are informed so that they can deal immediately with critical situations.

Contact us on 05 34 391 396 from 9am to 6.30pm. Outside these hours, a unique assistance number is assigned to each company that has requested to subscribe to the H24 contract. If you don't know this number, please fill in this form to receive your assistance number.
