Invoices are usually paid by credit card or direct debit. When you open your account, CTA Business Travel offers you a centralized payment system in the form of a Log-in Card.
The corporate card is a virtual payment card dedicated to corporate travel expenses. This card is issued by a third-party institution that acts as an intermediary between the company and travel agencies to pay for business travel bookings.

I am already a customer. What should I do if my flight/hotel is cancelled or postponed?
Contact us on 05 34 391 396 from 9am to 6.30pm. Outside these hours, a unique assistance number is assigned to each company that has requested to subscribe to the H24 contract. If you don't know this number, please fill in this form to receive your assistance number.
